The prepress area becomes the fundamental starting point of the entire production process. It is here that a thorough check of the received files is carried out, reviewing every detail with the utmost precision to guarantee a flawless final result.
Our technical team verifies key aspects such as optimal image resolution, correct font management, proper application of bleeds, safety margins, and color profiles. In addition, the printing substrate is analyzed, adapting the screen ruling and the most suitable technical parameters for each type of material, thus ensuring the best possible reproduction.
In this phase, we also conduct contract proofs and calibrated color proofs, allowing the client to visualize the final result with complete accuracy before production. These proofs are supervised under strict control standards and adjusted to certified profiles to guarantee maximum color consistency.
Once the client has validated the work, we move on to the plate production phase using our advanced CTP (Computer to Plate) system, which allows us to transfer the information directly to the plate with high precision, optimizing time and eliminating possible intermediate errors.
