Offset vs digital printing: which is the best option for your project?

The short answer is: it depends. It depends on the volume, the finish and the time you have. Here we explain everything.
What is offset printing?
Offset printing uses metal plates to transfer the ink to the paper. It is the most precise technology for large runs and high-demand jobs. Gràfiques Sadurní works with Heidelberg’s latest generation CTP system Suprasetter 106, which allows us to guarantee exceptional color fidelity in every work.

What is digital printing?
Digital printing eliminates the need for plates. The file goes directly to the machine, which allows you to start printing immediately. In our facilities we have the Konica IQ010i, one of the best machines on the market for high-visual impact digital printing, capable of printing on dark papers and transparent materials.
